Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once you place an order on our website, we promptly prepare it for shipment, ensuring every detail is accurate, from your selected color to the quantity and shipping information.

Packaging:

Rhonda personally takes great care in packaging every Elegwood product to ensure it arrives in pristine condition and inspects each item before it is shipped to you.

Shipping Methods:

We utilize trusted courier services, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your order is delivered reliably and on time.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to customers in close proximity to Georgia, the shipping origin. Zones 1 & 2 includes Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
• Flat Rate Shipping: I am sorry to exclude some states from our shipping services. The excluded states are California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Alaska. The following table shows the shipping fees TPSuites has set at this time. The flat rates set are the lower than the minimum rates set by the couriers. I am working to be awarded lower rates as I grow and will certainly pass that along to you. Don't let shipping cost deter you from buying. Call me. • ZONE 3,4,5, & 6 - $12 FLAT RATE Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Kentucky Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C.,Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Kansas, Wisconsin.
• ZONE 7 & 8 - $18 FLAT RATE Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Utah.
• ZONE 9-Shipping Not Available California, Oregon, Washington
• Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

Tracking Information:
